✓ Add in all ingredients, and seal the lid. Cook on MEAT/STEW for 15 minutes at High. When ready, press CANCEL and release the pressure naturally, for 10 minutes.

Tasty Turkey with Campanelle and Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 cups Tomato Sauce

½ tsp Salt

½ tbsp Marjoram

1 tsp dried Thyme

½ tbsp fresh Basil, chopped

¼ tsp ground Black Pepper, or more to taste

1 ½ pounds Turkey Breasts, chopped

1 tsp Garlic, minced

1 ½ cup spring Onions, chopped

1 package dry Campanelle Pasta

2 tbsp Olive Oil

½ cup Grana Padano cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS

✓ Select SAUTÉ at High and heat the oil in the cooker. Place the turkey, spring onions and garlic. Cook until cooked, about 6-7 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, except the cheese.

✓ Seal the lid and press BEANS/CHILI button. Cook for 5 minutes at High Pressure. Once cooking has completed, quick release the pressure. To serve, top with freshly grated Grana Padano cheese.
